Hey look, new journal.
Hey look, a new one of these things. Just remember to shoot me if I ever sign up for myspace.
This is pretty decent from what I've seen, although what really makes a service is the community it attracts. It's certainly pretty, although everything is so big. The books feature is definitely nice for me, though. I went ahead and added stuff I've read in the past week or so. I'm kind of on a light reading summer holdiay phase, if you couldn't tell.
Edit: The lack of HTML formatting will take some getting used to.

Hey, MySpace isn't all that evil! I've found a bunch of old friends + classmates through THE SPACE.
I wish there was some way to customize the journals completely. Hmm....

LOL, the MySpace thing made me laugh. You're right about it though, and I hereby declare that I, too, may be shot if I ever sign up for it. :P

The whole social lemming movement myspace has become is a bit disgusting. :P I'm loving this place, so thanks again. :)
Sometimes, it just feels like these services are popping up all over the place :P But I got curious.

What you've said about the community is true; LJ never held much charm for me when I started using it, but the whole community feel kept me at it :p

I agree that the size is a bit overwhelming, but I'll take it over MySpace or Facebook.
I agree with you about the size of it. It's going to take me a while to get adjusted to where things are exactly. But yes! I thought the book feature was awesome :3
